“Confident is the new beautiful”…. or is it?
The truth is beauty and confidence are directly related to each other. And their correlation is hugeee! If you don’t feel beautiful you won’t feel confident and vice versa. Yep. An insecure woman is never a beautiful woman. Trust us on this!
Not only good looks make you look beautiful, in fact there is something more to it. Apart from your on point make up and dressing, the way your carry yourself determines how people are going to perceive you.
Mark D. White who is chair person of the Department of Philosophy at the College of Staten Island says “The common wisdom maintains that the one thing everyone finds attractive in others is confidence”
Boys also tend to fall for girls with high confidence. Just sayin! The thing that makes a beautiful woman more beautiful and a woman with average physical attributes is how confidently you present yourself to others. It is not wrong to say your grace is directly related to your confidence.

What’s the right way to build confidence?
Generally women try to build confidence in the wrong way. They try to be positive by impressing other women and doing what they’d like. Cm’n ladies, THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKSSS! You need to build the skills that make YOU (not the rest of the world) think that you are desirable. K?
Let’s see what the Beauty Gurus have to say about beauty and confidence!
“My mom always used very simple makeup. It was a little blush, a little eye makeup, and a little mascara. I never saw my mom put on more makeup than that. She used to love to tell me that a man should know what you really look like so that in the morning he’s seeing the same person. And I’d be like, ‘Mom!’ And she’d say, ‘Well, it’s true! Your father wakes up to the same woman every morning who looks like she did the night before.’ And I’d think, Wow, that is interesting. That’s owning beauty. I want to own beauty. I don’t want to chase it.”
DUCHESS OF SUSSEX, FORMER ACTRESS
“Make a choice: continue living your life feeling muddled in this abyss of self-misunderstanding, or you find your identity independent of it.”
SINGER, PRODUCER, ACTRESS
“To me, beauty is confidence. I think I’m pretty confident in the decisions and the choices I make in my personal life and career, but the same time I also let my fans know that, just like them”
“It’s about being strong, which means being comfortable with who I am.”
ACTRESS AND SINGER
“As I’ve gotten older and become more confident in myself, I just don’t care.”
“Confidence is the only key. I know a lot of people who aren’t traditionally ‘beautiful’ – not symmetrical or perfect-bodied or perfect-skinned. But none of that matters because all that shines through is their confidence, humor, and comfort with themselves. I can’t think of any better representation of beauty than someone who is unafraid to be herself.”
The only person who needs to tell you that you are beautiful is yourself. Don’t wait for anyone else to praise you or tell you what you are in fact be confident and tell them what you think of yourself because that is what matters!
