Restricting yourself from eating your favorite foods like burger, pizza, cookie, or chips can backfire and you will end up eating even more later. So, aim for sustainable results and eat everything moderately.

 

2. Active

A healthy body and mind requires an active lifestyle. This, however, does not mean that you have to join a gym or do rigorous workouts. A daily 30 minute walk is a great form of exercise. Cycling, jogging, swimming, dancing and any form of sports are a few examples of how you can stay active. Small changes like taking the stairs instead of the elevator or taking a walk instead of driving are also helpful.
